If you wish to cancel an instructor-led training session that you have enrolled in, you are eligible to request cancellation within the first five classes. To initiate a cancellation request, please contact our support team. If your request is submitted after the completion of the fifth class, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to process a cancellation or refund.

1.2 Online Recorded Training or Courses

For cancellations of online recorded training or courses, you may request a cancellation only if you have not completed more than 20% of the entire course. To determine your eligibility for a refund, we will review your progress within the course. If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, we will be unable to approve your cancellation request.

1.3 Exemptions and Disclaimers

Please be aware that certain types of goods and services are exempt from cancellations. Specific disclaimers related to these exemptions will be displayed at the time of purchase. We encourage you to review these disclaimers carefully before finalizing your purchase.

1.4 Submission and Deadlines

5. Exchanges

5.1 Custom Merchandise

Due to the custom nature of the majority of our merchandise, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer exchanges once a purchase has been finalized. Each item is specifically made to order, and therefore, exchanges are not feasible.
